He launched a platform in college which grew to 100k+ users within a month and was the CTO of a food delivery business which was acquired at the start of the pandemic. He’s felt the pain of losing customer intimacy at scale and is obsessed with solving it.

🚀 Jack (CTO) is ex-SpaceX Flight Software Special Projects, where he developed the next-gen flight computer and telemetry backbone for Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy. In mission control, he watched how split second decisions based on the right data at the right time mean the difference between success and failure. He’s now doing the same for your customers.
