👋 We’re Yuma (YC W23), an AI support platform for e-commerce, and today we’re launching one of our biggest updates yet: Flows, a visual automation builder for ecommerce support.

Flows expands Yuma’s AI agents’ capabilities with a visual builder for explicit, deterministic steps. You can now combine process-based AI agents with the reliability of a flow for faster, more precise CX automation.

Why we built it

For more than 2 years, Yuma has helped merchants automate customer support using our natural-language AI Agents builder, resolving over 5 million tickets to date. But as merchants grow, they need more control, advanced workflows, and precision while staying flexible and easy to maintain.

That’s why we built Flows, a visual, step-by-step builder that adds structure, clarity, and reliability to AI automation.
