Sales AI is a product Q&A widget dedicated to Shopify. It sits on each PDP (product page), suggests the top questions a shopper is likely to ask, and answers instantly. If they want more, a lightweight chat opens with a fuller answer. From there, they can add to cart inside the chat or get more recommendations.
Why this matters: because the future is shopping, not chat! Shoppers want info delivered to them before they ask for it! Most drops happen on PDPs because of missing information.
