Yuma is building a complete orchestration platform that deploys autonomous AI agents dedicated to customer support in e-commerce. We are one of the leaders in this space and we offer one of the most advanced platforms to date, supporting over 150 paying customers. Our agents replicate human capabilities by taking actions and retrieving information from external services as needed.

Our top merchants automate over 80% of their support tickets through Yuma.

Yuma was founded by<u>Guillaume Luccisano</u>, a 3rd time YC founder, and now boasts a team of 20 highly dedicated talents. We are in our 10th consecutive month of double-digit growth and aim to multiply our revenue by 4 in 2026.

About the job

We’re looking for a highly motivated Mid-Market Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive new business growth. Mid-Market SDRs are a cornerstone of Yuma AI’s sales organization, helping to generate pipeline through meaningful interactions with prospective customers across industries and personas. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and your teammates to strategically spark interest in Yuma AI with some of France’s largest brands.

What you'll do

  • Generate new business opportunities through thoughtful and personalized outreach

  • Strategic, outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn

  • Conduct account research, identify key decisions makers, and build relationships with prospects

  • Partner with account executives and cross functional teams to identify new pipeline opportunities and book introductory meetings with Yuma AI

  • Become a subject matter expert on Yuma AI’s platform and the Customer Service Space

What you'll need to succeed

  • 6-12+ months experience in SDR

  • High leverage of AI tools

  • SaaS experience - advantage

  • Strong customer-facing skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Self starter, goal-oriented, customer-centric

  • Grit and perseverance

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Great attitude and comfortable operating with autonomy. Ability to take and implement feedback

  • Track record of achieving sales metrics and necessary work ethic and attitude to achieve quota attainment, consistently

OTE €24,000 - €35,000 a year + equity

For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across EU locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
