Replacing forms with AI conversations

RowFlow replaces clunky web forms with natural conversations that run over text, slack, or wherever your users are. Our platform increases your form’s response rates while cutting your internal overhead in half. With RowFlow, you can take any existing form and instantly convert it into an AI-powered conversation. New flows launch in minutes and reach respondents over your preferred channel or embedded chat. We guide the exchange, follow up automatically, and return clean structured data without extra work from your team. Forms power billions of business interactions yearly. Whether it’s forms for client intake, registrations, compliance, feedback, or surveys, they all follow the same painful pattern: low conversion, messy data, and frustrated users. Teams have long tolerated forms only because there's been no scalable alternative for collecting structured information from people - until now. Our goal is for RowFlow to become the new default way for how organizations collect user data in an AI-first world.

RowFlow: Turn any form into an AI conversation
See original launch post

Hey all - we’re Jack and Alec, co-founders of RowFlow.

TL;DR

RowFlow can take any existing static form and instantly convert it into a dynamic AI-powered conversation. New flows launch in minutes and reach respondents over text, Slack, embedded chat, or wherever your users are. We guide the exchange, follow up automatically, and return clean structured data without extra work from your team. Compared to traditional webforms, our AI-native approach delivers higher completions, less overhead, and a better user experience.

Problem
Forms suck. They power power billions of business interactions yearly (think: lead qualification, customer onboarding, client intake, feedback forms, surveys, event RSVPs, registration forms, compliance, healthcare…the list goes on), but most have:

  • Low conversion: too many users provide half-answers or drop off before completing.
  • Time drain: teams waste hours building complex logic, chasing non-responders, hand-holding, and cleaning messy data.
  • Poor user experience: even when forms do work, they frustrate users and hurt your brand.

Teams have been forced to tolerate these pain points as there's been no scalable alternative for collecting structured information from people - until now.

Solution
With RowFlow, we abstract away from the static form structure altogether. It works like this:

  1. Say what data you need (or try our Google Form converter).
  2. RowFlow runs guided AI conversations over text, Slack, email, or embedded chat with automated follow-ups.
  3. You get clean, structured data delivered into your systems.

Our goal is for RowFlow to become the new default way for how organizations collect needed user data in an AI-first world.

Ask:

  1. Do you have a form with low response rate? If so, we’d love to help - you can book a call with us here!
  2. If you have to fill out a form in the wild that makes you go 🤬, send a screenshot to jack@rowflow.ai and we’ll take it from there.
