• Tim (CEO) was formerly Head of Compliance and Legal Counsel at a mining and energy company. He spent years navigating a maze of regulations, environmental certification, and audit prep across spreadsheets, PDFs, and on-the-ground operational data. He didn’t just witness the problem. He lived it.
• Akshay (CTO) was an AI Engineer at Klarity (W18) where he focused on transforming unstructured documents into structured data, streamlining compliance processes for finance and accounting teams. His experience includes building high-reliability systems at Goldman Sachs and Adobe; now he’s applying them to energy compliance.
