Humanoid robots that do your chores for the price of an iPhone!

We build humanoid home robots powered by artificial muscles. Compared to motor-driven robots, ours are lighter, softer, safer, and stronger for their weight. Richard dropped out of medicine at Oxford and Chenny left her Oxford PhD in computer science to build the full stack—from custom actuators to embodied AI. We went from zero hardware experience to a full humanoid prototype in just 2 months.

We started with zero hardware experience.

In two months, we built a full humanoid prototype with 22-degree-of-freedom dexterous hands, powered by our own custom artificial muscles for less than $1000!

Compared to electric-motor driven humanoids, ours are softer, safer, and delivers higher strength-to-weight. It will be 20x cheaper enabling real-world AI training at scale.

Richard trained AI to optimize cancer vaccines while studying Medicine at Oxford University. As a teen he scored top 3 nationally in the UK Intermediate Maths Olympiad.

Chenny trained AI to read human motion while doing her PhD in Computer Science at Oxford University. At the age of 13 she built the largest laser tag centre in her city!
