Pharmie is an AI assistant for pharmacies. It can pick up calls, process prescriptions, handle insurance follow-ups, and even help upsell specific drugs and services. Pharmacies can get 50+ phone calls a day, and missing phone calls means lost revenue from filling prescriptions. Pharmacy workflows are complex and custom to each pharmacy's needs. Generic tools are not enough, which is why AI agents can handle tasks end-to-end that previously could not be automated. We are constantly evolving Pharmie to become a suite of agents that supercharge your pharmacy. In the future, pharmacies will evolve into patient care centers, bridging the gaps in access caused by today’s overburdened healthcare system. Successful pharmacies will use AI to optimize their operations, resulting in a higher quality patient experience traditional pharmacies cannot match.

The Problem

Pharmacies are overwhelmed with phone calls about refills, insurance questions, chasing doctors, and handling appointment logistics. This nonstop volume creates constant interruptions, forcing pharmacists and technicians to multitask and context-switch throughout the day. As a result, staff burn out quickly, turnover is high, and time is lost retraining replacements.

What’s Pharmie?

Pharmie is your always-on AI pharmacy assistant. It never gets tired, works autonomously, and plugs directly into your pharmacy management system to streamline communication and boost efficiency.

Pharmie can:

Answer inbound calls 24/7: no more missed calls or hold times
Process refills, transfers, and appointments: fully automated, no staff intervention needed
Verify insurance and handle patient questions: from copays to medication availability
Upsell pharmacy services: intelligently offers vaccines, delivery, or sync programs based on the conversation and patient history

How It Works

Pharmie seamlessly integrates with your existing pharmacy management system (PMS) to automate phone calls, refills, and patient communication.

During onboarding, we work closely with you to:

Connect to your PMS or set up secure workflows if a direct integration isn’t available
Give Pharmie pharmacy-specific information like store hours, address, staff names, services offered, and policies
Train Pharmie on your workflows (e.g. how you handle refills, transfers, insurance, and voicemails)
Customize messaging for promotions, vaccine reminders, and targeted outreach campaigns
Set up call routing and escalation rules to transfer to your team when needed

We’re already in production at 4 locations, cutting phone volume by 70% and helping teams focus on patient care instead of call chaos.

The Team

Aniruddh and Neer met freshman year of high school and instantly bonded over their love for math and science. Since then, they’ve worked on all types of projects together from personal gadgets to sophisticated sports betting models that generated 6-figure profit.
