We help the millions of clinicians and clinical directors finally use AI inside the outdated EMR systems they've been stuck in.
Most clinical record software works like Microsoft 95, has no modern APIs, and can't integrate with new tools. That leaves clinicians stuck doing endless manual computer work.

AI is rapidly improving, but most of healthcare is locked out due to legacy systems. Perspectives bridges that gap, making AI usable immediately. Clinicians want to help people. Not to be drowned in manual work. We're building toward a future where clinicians never touch a keyboard for documentation again—where intelligent systems handle every workflow outside of patient care.
The first step is integrating seamlessly with outdated EMRs and filling in the critical workflows they lack. From there, we'll expand across specialties—behavioral health, speech therapy, physical therapy, veterinary care, and beyond—unlocking AI for every provider outside the hospital system.

- We're growing 25% every week.
- Once users try our product 5 times, the habit is built, and they never write notes without it.
- We have onboarded 9 clinics for our pilot program since YC started, and each is on track to onboard all our pilot clinicians by September (180 clinicians).

Our founding team combines lived experience in mental health care, policy expertise from the White House Drug Policy team, and technical expertise in scalable AI systems.
