Pippa is worn internally (like a tampon). The soft silicone spring gently conforms to the body, activating pelvic floor muscles with each step, stretch, or squat. No batteries, no routines—just natural, effortless, on-the-go exercise.

Up to 35% more lift during a contraction
✅  Fits seamlessly into a daily workout or walk
✅  Two models for a comfy, personalized fit

The Problem

78M American women worry about pelvic floor weakness, including college and pro athletes, new moms, and older women. Pelvic floor weakness can lead to a range of problems, including urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and more, significantly impacting quality of life. Most solutions are high-effort, expensive, inconvenient — or all of the above.

The Solution

Pippa is the world’s first conforming resistance spring. It comes in two sizes and levels of resistance: light (42mm) and medium (50mm).

It works like a resistance band, but for hard-to-reach inner core.

Pippa passively responds to core muscle movement by expanding and compressing, thereby activating the muscles and increasing effective function by up to 35%.

The reusable applicator makes it easy to put Pippa into place. The large finger loop makes anytime removal a breeze.

The Founders

Product inventor, Carly Price (L), has designed many award-winning and commercially successful consumer products. She conceived Pippa after trying different solutions for kegel exercise and bladder support, none of which met her comfort and convenience expectations.

Cofounder and CEO, Melody Roberts (R), incubated service models and self-ordering solutions for McDonald’s and Panera.

We worked with a wide range of experts–including urogynecologists, physiotherapists, and other health professionals–to ensure Pippa would be comfortable and fully safe.
