As the lawsuit progresses and criteria change, we also help attorneys filter, categorize, and score to surface their strongest cases.

The Why & The Vision:
The plaintiff side of class actions and mass torts have struggled for decades now with what’s often called the “Field of Dreams” problem. Thousands of clients sign up for a lawsuit looking for restitution - only to leave the law firm buried in records, missing deadlines, and filing bad cases. When courts throw out these bad cases, it weakens the plaintiff side’s leverage in settlement negotiations.
With Kalinda, class action & mass tort law firms can now file valid cases faster and file more of them — fundamentally changing for the first time in 172 years not only how many people can get justice against corporate negligence, but how fast it’s delivered.
