Greg is the co-founder and CEO of OpenCoreEMR, launched in June 2025 with Open Core Ventures to commercialize OpenEMR, the world’s most widely used open-source electronic health records platform. Previously, he was co-founder and CEO of Glow Energy, acquired by Ivy Energy in 2024. Earlier, Greg co-founded a proptech startup that led to his role at Airbnb, where he helped reaccelerate host growth and later served as Head of Home Experience, Luxe.

Ross is passionate about sustainability and is focused on building decarbonization as a crucial building block on our way to a net-zero future.
