Teaching is one of the most important jobs in society, yet teachers are among the most overworked professionals. Many work 50–70 hours a week, often grading late into the night and on weekends.

Across the U.S., there’s a national teacher shortage where 1 in 8 teaching roles remain unfilled. Superintendents and principals consistently mention that teacher time is now their most valuable resource. But teachers lose 10+ hours every week just grading math assignments, time that could be spent supporting students. 25% of all their work is spent grading!

👬 The Team

Abhay and Shyam have been best friends and roommates since high school, where they met 10 years ago at the Illinois Math and Science Academy.

Abhay (CEO) has helped scale an e-learning platform to millions in revenue and was previously a Product Manager at Coinbase, where he drove $50M in incremental revenue. He holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Shyam (CTO) was a Machine Learning Engineer at Microsoft, holds a patent in LLM applications, and co-founded the Midwest Math Circle, which has served hundreds of students for more than a decade. He holds a Bachelor’s in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
