We (Anas and Pierre-Habté) met at UC Berkeley in 2017 and immediately started working together on tech projects. After co-founding Snipfeed, scaling it to 20+ people, and selling the company in 2024, we knew we wanted to build again together.
The idea for Bravi came from a very personal pain point: my stepdad runs a shutter installation business in France, and I saw firsthand how many calls and leads were missed every day. On top of that, I launched a side business, Volet Dumont, selling shutters online, and experienced the same chaos with quoting and customer communication.
We realized installers were losing 30–40% of potential revenue just from slow follow-ups, missed calls, and disorganized workflows. With our background in automation and product scaling, we decided to tackle it head-on.
That’s how Bravi was born: combining our founder-market fit, validated by hundreds of conversations with installers, with the conviction that AI assistants could transform how home service companies capture and convert leads.
