TL;DR

We’ve spent 10,000+ hours with post-production and in-house video teams as the founding members of a media asset management company, learning every broken part of their workflow. Post-production supervisors and assistants still have to organize folders, check revisions, comb through old content, and update data across project management tools, not to mention constant upkeep with clients. These are just a few of the manual tasks keeping creatives from doing what they love.

Our Story:

We’re Edison, Gurish, and Bright! We were previously the founding team members at Shade, a series A media asset management company, where Edison led infra and AI, Gurish led GTM and implementations, and Bright led fullstack app development. We also studied CS at Umich together and have been friends + roommates + coworkers for over a decade.

We spent 3 years learning about every role in post-production teams across thousands of companies. Post-production is by far the most human labor concentrated task in the creative journey, which is why we are building the autonomous layer for the $200B video production industry.
