⚠️ The Problem

Healthcare costs are crushing employers. 2025 is seeing a 9% rate hike, the worst in a decade. A 1,000-person company now faces over $1M in cost increases annually, compounding.

Employers’ only options are to cut benefits or redesign their entire plan. Both take months and frustrate employees.

Santosh was previously building Cedar's affordability products, scaling to millions in ARR by closing enterprise deals with the country's largest hospital systems. Before that, he led a 30-person GTM & Customer Success team at AngelList. He’s also a licensed health insurance broker.

Tarun built foundational AI models to predict extreme weather events at UChicago, where he earned a Master's in AI and high-performance computing. He has a B.S. in biology from Cornell, and is obsessed with using AI to solve healthcare's messiest data problems.
