TL;DR: Articulate is the AI platform that helps constructionandsolarcontractors catch design discrepancies and avoid costly rework before construction even begins. We automatically detect clashes and generate RFIs while also providing agents to streamline communication between crews and automate procurement, preventing major delays.
Drawings and specs are often incomplete or inconsistent, leading to design clashes and costing companies hundreds of millions of dollars
Mechanical, structural, and architectural plans don’t align, forcing long coordination cycles and rework
Incorrect blueprints and outdated revisions cause crews to build from the wrong designs, especially in fast-paced solar installations
Project managers and superintendents lose weeks chasing updates, drafting RFIs, responding to messages, and writing documentation across tools and inboxes
✅ The Solution:
Articulate is the construction and solar painkiller.
Detect design discrepancies automatically: AI identifies clashes across MEP, structural, architectural, and solar layouts before they reach the field.
Automate crew check-ins and procurement: Proactive communication via text, email, and voice agents improves team efficiency
Instantly generate RFIs and submittals: Proactive document and drawing auditing allows project managers and installers to stay focused on building.
Integrated and proactive: Articulate connects with Procore, Revit, Autodesk, Outlook, Gmail, Google Drive, SharePoint, Bluebeam, and more

🦺 Our Ask:
If you know any project managers or superintendents at general contractors or solar installation companies, we’d love an introduction.
If you know directors or executives at construction or solar firms who are improving design coordination or workflows, we’d love to connect with them.
