Problem
Enterprises with complex vendor supply chains produce vast amounts of incoming vendor invoices each year. A typical mid-market enterprise processes ~100k incoming invoices yearly, and today’s legacy tools force accountants to top out at a fraction of the volume: Real manual grunt work still remains:
- Handling hundreds of mails and documents a day
- Key-stroking invoice data to the ERP
- Manual invoices checks and account coding
- Manual managing deviations with purchase orders

Solution
We build a platform embedding AI agents to automate the end-to-end invoice-to-pay cycle:
- Classify inbox documents (invoice, receipts, reminder)
- Read invoices at 99%+ accuracy - even on line item level
- Check on vendor, tax, bank, and compliance data
- Email vendors automatically if something’s off
- Understand & code ledger, cost-center or project numbers

Team
We combine deep domain expertise in enterprise workflow automation.
Lorenz and Jonas worked together for 4+ years at TradeLink (European Logistics-SaaS backed by Point Nine, Insight Partners), accompanying the path from 0 to product-market fit. Lorenz led Product; Jonas led Go-to-Market. Both quit their leadership roles to found Finto.
Knowing each other from the Munich startup scene, Linus joined as Co-Founder & CTO. He was previously an early tech lead at Tacto (Procurement-SaaS backed by Sequoia, Index), helping scale it from pre-seed to one of Europe’s largest Series A rounds in mid-market SaaS.
