  • Cornelius had previously built the complete ops infrastructure to scale FINN US from 0 to $15M ARR as a founding engineer at the car subscription platform. There he saw firsthand how broken fleet claims processes are.
  • Bryan previously led product teams consulting for Fortune 500s at EY and conducted ML research at Cornell.
  • Jet studied quantitative trading algorithms, is a national champion policy debater, and taught debate at the Taipei American School.

During a fall break hiking trip, the team brainstormed startup ideas until Avallon took shape. They shipped the first version around Christmas, landed their first customer weeks later, and dropped out to pursue the company full-time.
