MindFort.ai - Fully Autonomous Security Agents

Fully autonomous security agents that find, validate, and patch vulnerabilites 24/7

Hey everyone! 👋 We're Brandon, Sam, and Akul - Co-founders of MindFort.ai.

We're building fully autonomous AI security agents that find, validate, and patch vulnerabilities in web applications and networks at machine speed and scale.

🔥 The Problem

Security is fundamentally broken for most engineering teams today:

  • Scanners are unreliable - They flood engineers with 30-50% false positives, wasting precious development time
  • Traditional pen testing is too slow - It happens quarterly at best, costs a fortune, and takes weeks to complete
  • AI-accelerated development creates new risks - Teams are shipping code faster than ever, but security reviews have become an even bigger bottleneck

The result? Companies are forced to choose between shipping fast or shipping secure. Engineering teams lose ~20% of their time dealing with security issues or slowing down to accommodate outdated security practices.

🚀 Our Solution

MindFort.ai's autonomous security agents work 24/7/365 to find, validate, and patch vulnerabilities:

  • Find complex vulnerabilities like a human tester would
  • Validate every finding to eliminate false positives
  • Patch with intelligent fixes that integrate directly with your codebase
  • Scale to thousands of tests in an instant, giving coverage never possible before

Unlike solutions that slow development, MindFort accelerates it by eliminating security bottlenecks. Our platform is already finding vulnerabilities in production systems that other tools miss, identifying issues in bug bounty programs, and scoring high on human penetration testing benchmarks.

💡 Our Story

Brandon worked as a PM at ProjectDiscovery, a security scanner company where he led development of the Nuclei cloud platform from an open source tool to an enterprise ready product. He then joined NetSPI, one of the world’s largest penetration testing firms, to build generative AI tools for human testers. He sat with countless customers across both companies, learning about their struggles in securing attack surfaces at scale.

Akul received his masters in computer science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and was drawn to AI and security early on in his academic career. He co-authored multiple papers on using LLMs to perform various cybersecurity attacks, worked on creating novel benchmarks for hacking agents, and participated in red teaming and model safety programs at both OpenAI and Anthropic.

Sam worked as a senior engineer at Salesforce, where he led security for a large business unit, Tableau. During his time there, he worked first hand on keeping a large scale product secure. Between juggling security assessments, validating findings, and managing remediations inside of a large organization, he had seen it all. He began experimenting with ways to use AI to help solve some of the issues he faced at Salesforce and even worked on a demo of a tool to perform agentic code review through a DARPA program. He recently completed a master’s degree in cybersecurity at UC Berkeley.

We all met through our work and research. Early on, we all realized that the future of security was going to belong to AI agents, and that the coming tidal wave of new code generated with AI would need a solution of equal magnitude.

🔮 Our Vision

Security should accelerate your business, not slow it down. We're creating a world where security testing happens continuously and vulnerabilities are patched autonomously, keeping your product and your users safe, while letting you ship faster.
