We’re looking for our Founding Product Support Lead to interface with customers, document Zaymo’s product, and recommend product direction while staying on top of day-to-day customer support operations. This is a high-impact role where you’ll act as the voice of the customer, the only steward of our knowledge base, and a partner to product as we scale.
You’ll work directly to the CEO and build this role from scratch. If you want to join a fast-growing startup, shape the support function from day one, and quickly grow your influence over time, this is for you. This role can turn into a role in product or customer experience as the company grows.
