Founding Data Integration Engineer

We’re building world-class AI agents across voice, chat, web, SMS, and email — and these agents need data. Lots of data.

You:

• Have 1+ years building production-grade ETL pipelines and data integrations.
• Are backend and fast: expert in Python and AWS.
• Have deep experience with APIs, SDKs, and browser-based data extraction
• Understand data modeling, schema design, and syncing complex systems like PMS/CRMs.
• Think like an owner — proactive, optimistic, and deeply curious.
• Ship production-quality integrations daily.
• Maintain a balanced engineering mindset — knows when to prototype quickly and when to harden code.
• Communicate clearly, make fast, high-quality decisions, and take pride in reliability and craftsmanship.
• Experience with ETL frameworks, Postgres, data normalization, and AI-powered data mapping.

Our Office:

• We have a comfy private office at the 44 Montgomery WeWork in San Francisco (Financial District)
• We’re an in-person company. We work together on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the office. We go out to each lunch together, and sometimes dinner. Tuesdays and Thursdays are flex days - you can come into the office if you like, or work from home. Up to you!
