Founding AI Agent Engineer

We’re building world-class AI agents across voice, chat, web, SMS, and email — including AI voice agents, browser agents, back-office agents, and chat agents.

You:

• Have 1+ years building production AI agents.
• Are full-stack and fast: expert in Python, Next.js, React, Tailwind, Shadcn, AWS.
• Know vector DBs (e.g. Pinecone) and context engineering cold.
• Think like an owner, not an employee — proactive, optimistic, and relentlessly curious.
• Ship production-ready code daily.
• Balanced approach to AI coding. Knows when to vibe code, and when not to. Understands all code that is generated.
• Communicate clearly, make good decisions fast, and care deeply about the product and users.

Bonus: experience building ML pipelines, small models, or fine-tuning.

Our Office:

• We have a comfy private office at the 44 Montgomery WeWork in San Francisco (Financial District)
• We’re an in-person company. We work together on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the office. We go out to each lunch together, and sometimes dinner. Tuesdays and Thursdays are flex days - you can come into the office if you like, or work from home. Up to you!
