As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you won't just write code – you'll shape the core of a product that's already changing how companies grow. You'll own features end-to-end, from database to UI, and see your work directly drive customer success. You'll build alongside the founders, talk to real users, and make decisions that define our technical direction for years to come.

1. Introductory Zoom Call (15–20 min)
A short call with our CTO to get to know each other and align on expectations.
2. Take-Home Assignment
You’ll receive a coding assignment - a mini version of Venta AI - built with our actual tech stack (Python/FastAPI backend + TypeScript/React frontend). You can complete it in your own time and are welcome to use AI coding tools. All expectations and requirements are detailed in the README.
3. Follow-Up Code Review Call (30 min)
A call with one of our team members to walk through your submission and discuss your approach.
4. On-Site Interview in Amsterdam
Join us for lunch at our office, followed by a 45-minute whiteboard session focused on system design and rapid prototyping.
We typically make an offer the next day (pending a standard background check). We never contact referees without your permission.
