TrueClaim is the “Shopify for health insurance plans” - our AI-enabled platform makes operating great health plans easier and cheaper than ever before. Thanks to our claims review AI agents, TrueClaim saves health plans at least 7% of costs vs legacy solutions. We are backed by Y Combinator and other top investors, founded by industry veterans (Hinge Health, Pine Park Health - YC, pMD), and projected to grow 10x this year.

About the role

You will be tasked with solving a wide range of zero to one problems in areas that are new to TrueClaim. If you are crushing it in your role, we can “drop” a challenging situation on you and you will not only turn it into a success but also make sure that the next time around the same situation is an easy task. Even better if you can use no/low-code tools to automate workflows.

What we think you might do:

Implement TrueClaim with new customers while building the playbook for that.
Answer phone calls and turn successful resolutions into a repeatable process.
Work across commercial, product, and operations to maximize company throughput.

What you will actually do:

Whatever we need at any moment.
Maybe a little bit of vibe coding.

You must have prior startup experience of demonstrate deep understanding of what it’s like to thrive in an early stage environment…you must be energized by that. Bonus points if you are a former founder with a track record of solving similar problems!

Logistics

This is an in-person role in San Francisco and we hope you’d be willing to travel once a month. We offer competitive benefits (medical, vision, dental) and unlimited PTO. We are intense and very structured but believe in pacing ourselves so we can make this our - and your - life’s work.
