About Throxy
Throxy builds vertical-specific AI Sales Agents power outbound sales for companies selling into legacy industries, an AI‑native, fully managed service that delivers qualified meetings.
We’re looking for someone who can help us scale and keep accelerating.
What You’ll Do
- Productionize AI agents at massive scale – design and extend the data-ingestion and orchestration layer that turns millions of raw company & people records.
- Ship new agentic workflows – prototype end-to-end LLM playbooks (research, enrichment, multi-channel outreach) and push them to production in days, not months.
- Frontend – craft real-time dashboards for customers.
- Close the feedback loop – work on early versions of the first ranking models to create a self-improving outreach flywheel.
- Scale with confidence – own performance, observability and reliability as we grow to hundreds of customers.
We’re Looking For
- High agency, we believe agency will be the defining trait in the future of work.
- 1-4 years shipping production code across TypeScript, React, Next.js.
- Comfortable juggling imperfect specs, moving extremely fast, rapid iterations and a intense on-site cadence.
- Ideally anyone who has experience managing big data
