
AI-driven Retention Automation for subscription media businesses.
We are seeking a technical, product-focused individual to join our early team at Subsets, with two primary responsibilities: to hold a deeper understanding of the Subsets product than anyone else and to ensure that our customers achieve success with Subsets. By understanding the product and talking to our customers, you can identify common user challenges, determine necessary product improvements, and shape new features. We refer to this role as a Forward Deployed Product Manager (PM).
You will essentially be the critical bridge between our clients' business needs and our products’ strategic direction. Imagine spending approximately 50% of your time embedded with our customers, driving product strategy and strengthening our overall offering, while the remaining 50% spent fixing product issues, executing on-site, and shaping new features.
As a Forward Deployed Product Manager (PM), you will work closely with our customers, including both stakeholders and end-users. You’ll have to solve both small issues and make big product decisions.
