What We’re Looking For

✔️ 3-8 years of experience in growth, marketing, sales, consulting or agency recruiting.

✔️ Proven track record of scaling revenue and user adoption through structured growth playbooks.

✔️ Bias for action - Fast-moving and execution-focused.

✔️ Experience collaborating with product-led growth models or self-serve SaaS is a plus

✔️ Preference for candidates based in Belgium, though we are open to exceptional remote talent.

What You’ll Do

You will work side by side with one of the co-founders, driving growth initiatives and testing new hypotheses.

✔️Sales ownership – closing deals, running demos, handling objections, pricing negotiations.

✔️Sales process optimization – Make sure reps are working the right deals at the right time.

✔️Pipeline acceleration – Identifying funnel drop-offs and optimizing conversion.

✔️Outbound marketing – Cold outreach and email.

✔️Live events & webinars – Confident in setting these up from scratch.

✔️Inbound marketing – Paid ads, SEO, content, and social to attract leads.

✔️Marketing automation – Email nurture, retargeting, lead scoring.
