We need someone who can crank out integrated campaigns that showcase Soraban, drive pipeline, and keep the demand gen engine fed.
You’ll spend about 75% of your time creating core assets (guides, webinars, checklists) and the nurture programs around them, and the other 25% executing in HubSpot, building lists, publishing landing pages, and tracking results.
Your Daily Routine
- Take an idea, creative brief, transcript, customer interview, or webinar; research best practices, find valuable insight,s and turn it into a compelling guide, checklist, or framework
- Build a nurture sequence: emails, landing pages, and workflows in HubSpot
- Create repurposed content — from social posts and graphics to short videos and ungated assets
- Draft ad copy variations for LinkedIn, Google, and display campaigns
- QA landing pages, test nurture flows, and track performance
- Access to our in-house designer for graphics, landing pages, and other design assets
- Collaborate with our digital agency on paid ads and SEO alignment
- Partner with our Director of Marketing for approvals, strategy, and edits
What We Need
- Strong B2B marketing writing chops — you can spin expert insights into sharp, engaging content
- Hands-on HubSpot experience: editing templates, building lists, setting up campaigns, and checking analytics
- Familiarity with paid ads and how creative ties into performance
- Ability to balance creativity with precision: shipping campaign assets fast without losing brand consistency
- Experience expanding nurture/drip programs into evergreen flows
- SaaS, professional services, or accounting tech background a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with website content (pillar pages, product pages)
- Thought leadership blogging or resource library build-out
- Case study development (1-sheets, web pages, slides)
- Event & webinar campaign copywriting
3-Month Contract Goals
- Build and launch 3 fully packaged campaigns (~1 per month)
- Deliver 3 core lead magnets + complete nurture sequences
- Repurpose each campaign into social, ads, and evergreen resources
- Track and report on campaign performance in HubSpot
