AI Operations Associate

We're seeking a tech-savvy Operations Associate to supervise AI agents supporting healthcare clinic operations. In this role, you'll monitor AI performance, handle edge cases, and help shape our platform based on real-world insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor AI agents handling healthcare clinic workflows
• Intervene when AI requires human judgment or encounters complex scenarios
• Identify patterns and provide feedback to improve AI performance
• Collaborate with product team to enhance platform functionality
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in AI-assisted tasks

Requirements:

• Strong comfort level with technology and learning new software systems
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently during afternoon/evening hours (2-9pm PST)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Healthcare EMR experience (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.) is a plus
