As an IATA-certified agency, our team earns industry-standard hotel commission rates of 7–10% on actualized event revenue. This translates to hundreds to over $1M+ in commission alone, depending on the size and frequency of events managed. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for high-value event clients.
• Translate client goals into detailed plans for hotel sourcing and full-service execution.
• Provide strategic guidance on destinations, hotels, and vendor partners.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and the complete event lifecycle.
• Conduct virtual site tours and lead compelling proposal presentations.
• Build and present professional proposal decks with budget comparisons.
• Maintain client satisfaction and drive repeat business through proactive relationship management.

Compensation

• Commission-Based: Earn 50% commission on all actualized revenue from your events.
• Bonus Income: Upsell planning, design, or site management services for additional pay.
• Travel Opportunities: Eligible Account Managers may be invited to attend FAM trips and industry events.
