Creative lead (part-time)

MediSearch (YC S23) is a search engine for medical information. We provide direct answers to medical questions based on trustworthy sources using LLMs. See https://medisearch.io. We’re looking for a part-time (2 days a week, possibly remote) creative lead to research and produce creatives for a consumer mobile app. Your work will run on major digital channels and directly influence growth.

What you’ll do

• Develop scroll-stopping ad concepts
• Collaborate with our in-house production team to bring ideas to life
• Iterate and edit ads based on results

Ideal candidate

• Has a portfolio of performance creatives (short-form video or static) for consumer products or apps
• Can take a concept from idea to export fast
• Can maintain a weekly cadence of multiple distinct concepts with variations
• Bonus: Experience with major ad platforms, graphic design tools, and mobile app advertising is a plus

Logistics

• The role is part-time (about 2 days per week)
• Starting compensation: $1,500/month

Interview process

The interview consists of a take-home task, followed by calls with founders, and two paid on-site sessions.
