Founding Growth Marketer

We are looking for a founding growth marketer to take ownership of our email marketing, paid ads, social media, and other user acquisition channels.

After launching Martin, we’ve grown 10% week over week for over 6 months. Now, in order to grow from $1M to $100M, we need to significantly scale up every component of our distribution.

Our ideal candidate is a fast-learning, versatile marketer who can hit ambitious growth targets repeatedly, through creative tactics and data driven iterations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience working on GTM teams
• Experience running paid ads
• Grew a business from $0 to $100,000+ in revenue
• SF-based or able to relocate to SF

Bonus:

• Experience creating viral social media content from scratch (UGC, ads, or long form videos)
• Proficient in graphic design using Figma or Canva
• Proficient in landing page design using Webflow or Framer
• Expert in copywriting

Key Responsibilities

• Manage paid acquisition channels, including Meta Ads, App Store Ads, and Google Ads
• Design graphics and static creatives for Meta Ads
• Scale our email marketing campaign
• Optimize our user acquisition funnel end-to-end, including the landing page, sign up flow, and payment flow
