We’re hiring a Content Creator to make Leadbay the most-followed media hub for sales.

You’ll be the creative engine behind our growth:

Grow our social presence across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube - starting with co-founders’ accounts as our main growth channels,
Create content that pops: pain points, founder stories, sales trends, product tutorials, memes, short videos, podcasts, newsletters, campaigns,
Experiment & iterate: post daily, test formats, track performance, double down on what works,
Leverage our community of investors, customers, partners, even competitors, to amplify reach,
Push creative limits: surprise us, surprise yourself, and never be boring.

Qualifications

Native English speaker (US + Europe audience).
Obsessed with social media trends, storytelling, and humor.
Able to hook attention in 3 seconds flat.
Skilled across multiple formats (text, visuals, short-form video, podcasts, graphics).
