As a Startup Associate supporting our Operations Lead, you'll sit at the heart of Kapa's operations as we scale. You'll get exposure across the entire business - from building systems to solving problems that didn't exist last month. Perfect for ambitious students who want to understand how startups actually operate, not just read about it.

~20 hours per week (with serious room to scale up if there's mutual fit), based at our central Copenhagen office.

What you're actually signing up for:

This role sits at the heart of the company, supporting finance, people operations, and day-to-day execution. You will help bring structure to a fast-paced environment and ensure processes evolve alongside our growth. This is your chance to see how a <30 person team moves at startup velocity and evolves over time.

You'll work directly with operators who've scaled companies, closed enterprise deals, and built products that matter. You'll see how exceptional teams operate in real-time.

What you’ll get to do:

Every day could look a little different and you would get to take ownership of parts of the machine:

• Tackle important admin and operational tasks to keep the chaos at bay
• Track, record, analyse and take action on financial data (expenses, invoices, accounts payable/receivable, forecasting and more)
• Help with HR, quarterly on-sites and general ops
• Keep our internal wiki and other tools neat, tidy, and actually useful
• Research new tools and processes that make us faster and better
• Schedule activities and coordinate with people for our on-sites and team events
• Dive into random high-impact missions
