Who we are:

At Hyperbound (YC S23), we’re building the Sales Performance OS—a new category of sales-tech that helps enterprise sales teams practice, measure, and scale top-performer behaviors.

2025 has already been a breakout year: we’ve doubled headcount, raised a $15M Series A led by Peak XV, and closed $1M+ in new ARR in back-to-back months. We’re winning 90%+ of competitive deals—even at nearly 2x competitor price points.

The best part? Watching prospects blown away in live demos, realizing they can finally make coaching and performance measurable, scalable, and automated.

We’ve built a repeatable sales motion, the category is exploding, and we’re only just getting started.

Job Description:

  • Close large mid-market and enterprise deals in a high-growth environment (ACVs ranging from $30K to multiple 6 figures)
  • Work with legendary Belal Batrawy to spin up a modern outbound motion
  • You’ll be helping shape the sales org for the company
  • Compensation: $260-$300K OTE + Cash bonuses/Accelerators + Equity

  • Thinks outside the box and helps design sales strategy in the office, alongside the founders, Atul Raghunathan and I
  • Wants to be part of the next category-defining moment in sales tech (just like Outreach.io and Gong back in the day)
  • Having sold B2B sales-tech before is a huge plus
  • Relocate to SF (if not in the bay area)

About the interview

Initial Behavioral Calls

We will have an initial behavior call to get to know you. This may be 2-3 rounds of conversations with co-founders, Sriharsha and Atul, as well as Belal, our Head of Key Accounts.

Discovery Call Breakdown

You will be sent a real-life discovery call recording that we will ask you to listen to, break down, and prepare an account plan for.

Mock Discovery Call

You will be asked to perform a mock discovery call with our AI roleplay bots on hyperbound.ai (aka use our product).

We’re creating a new category of sales performance tech, meant to give sales orgs an unfair advantage when it comes to observing and replicating top performer behaviors.

We just closed $1M in NEW ARR last month and are about to grow from 15 → 30+ teammates by the end of the year. You’ll be joining right before a period of rapid scaling. You’ll have massive ownership over building the systems, processes, and operational backbone that allow us to scale without breaking.
