Why Hyperbound?
***This is not a remote role! 5x/week at our SF office.
We will have an initial behavior call to get to know you. This may be 2-3 rounds of conversations with co-founders, Sriharsha and Atul, as well as Belal, our Head of Key Accounts.
You will be sent a real-life discovery call recording that we will ask you to listen to, break down, and prepare an account plan for.
You will be asked to perform a mock discovery call with our AI roleplay bots on hyperbound.ai (aka use our product).
We’re creating a new category of sales performance tech, meant to give sales orgs an unfair advantage when it comes to observing and replicating top performer behaviors.
We just closed $1M in NEW ARR last month and are about to grow from 15 → 30+ teammates by the end of the year. You’ll be joining right before a period of rapid scaling. You’ll have massive ownership over building the systems, processes, and operational backbone that allow us to scale without breaking. You’ll work directly with the founders, partner with enterprise customers like LinkedIn, Monday.com, Autodesk, Vanta, Tipalti, and G2, and help us scale at lightning speed. You’ll be operating from day 1, and we expect you to hit the ground running.
