We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to help build the future of health insurance at Healia. As an SDR, you will be on the front lines of our go to market engine, generating pipeline, engaging prospective customers, and creating the first impression many brokers and employers will have of Healia.
In this role, you will partner closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to identify target accounts, execute outbound campaigns, qualify early opportunities, and ensure Account Executives have the support they need to close new business. This role is crucial to our growth and offers a strong career path into Sales, Marketing, or other customer facing roles within the company.
The Sales Development Representative position reports directly to our Director of Marketing. If you are excited about working at a fast-paced startup where your outreach and persistence directly impact company growth, this role is for you.
This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days per week) based in Columbus, OH.
