Build the Creative OS powering winning ads at scale.
GetCrux works with Fortune 1000 enterprises and fast-growing YC companies to automate creative strategy, generate winning ads, and run full-stack AI creative workflows. We’re a small, fast-moving team looking for a frontend engineer who can own major product surfaces end-to-end.
Role
Senior Frontend Engineer / Tech Lead
Experience: 5+ years (3+ years in React/Next.js)
Must-Have
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture & performance
- Ability to build complex dashboards and data-heavy UIs
- Experience integrating LLM/agentic workflows into UI
- Strong product/design sensibility (Figma → polished UI)
- Ownership mindset — shipping fast, debugging across stack
Good-to-Have
- Experience with charting libraries (Recharts/Tremor/D3)
- Exposure to video/image rendering workflows
- Experience with Meta/TikTok/Google Ads products
- Startup/0→1 product experience
Compensation
Base: ₹60–80L
Equity: 0.5%–1%
