Founding Algorithm Developer

Qualifications

• History of achievement (e.g. competitive programming, quantitative research, applied math/CS research)
• Intellectually curious and motivated by solving hard problems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and product-led environment
• Experience with optimization (LP, dynamic programming, RL, stochastic modeling) is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Build and scale our core optimization engine
• Build data pipelines that can run at production scale
• Scope, implement, and iterate ideas quickly
• Shape long term product vision
