We're hiring a founding Operations Lead to build the systems that recruit and coordinate expert annotators (doctors, lawyers, engineers, videographers, etc…) who create training data for to push the frontier of AI models.
Why now: We've manually duct-taped processes together, but now we can’t keep up with the growth, so we’ve had to turn away customers. So we need someone to systematize operations and collaborate with us to design the software that automatically sources, vets, interviews, and coordinates hundreds to thousands of human experts simultaneously.
Ultimately, we are “productizing” our operations, so we can (a) move faster internally at Fixpoint, and (b) give our customers access to the same tools we have, so that they can run their own human data operations at scale.

Ideal fit: Someone who can toggle between rolling up sleeves today and architecting scalable systems for tomorrow. Strong preference for SF-based or willing to relocate.
