Role: Head of Sales Execution

Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, target-driven Head of Sales Execution to drive customer acquisition for our electric mobility platform. You will own the sales number, close key deals yourself, build a compact sales team, and ensure every lead converts to a paying, installed customer. This role is built for a doer — someone who thrives in chaos, knows how to hustle, and can convert field realities into structured daily execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver monthly sales targets across cities
- Manage lead funnel: assign, track, and convert leads from demo to install
- Personally drive sales meetings (especially high-priority customers)
- Build and manage a 1–3 person sales team
- Set up and maintain lead tracking using basic CRM or spreadsheets
- Coordinate with the Field Ops team to ensure smooth customer handover
- Run daily reviews on sales funnel progress and roadblocks
- Share weekly reporting on conversions, drop-offs, and learnings
Ideal Profile:
- 5–8 years in high-volume field sales (mobility, EV, lending, solar, logistics, SME)
- Has managed/closed 100+ customers personally
- Has led a small team or is ready to step up into leadership
- Fluent in Hindi & English; can sell to drivers, agents, fleet owners
- Strong ownership mindset — thinks like a founder
- Past experience with EV companies like Battery Smart, Zypp, Yulu, Mufin, Revfin is a strong plus

- Monthly installs achieved vs target
- Lead-to-install conversion %
- Daily closure velocity
- CRM hygiene and sales funnel visibility
