ClaimSorted (YC S24) is hiring an AI Engineer to build the AI platform powering insurance claims – helping people get support during life’s most critical moments

Unlike traditional claim management companies, we blend AI and best-in-class experts to deliver a 5-star customer experience, minimise mistakes and speed up claim assessment

We care about moving fast and building together - hence this is a six-day role based in our London office

Responsibilities

• Build AI systems that improve accuracy, speed up assessments, and enhance customer experience
• Work with insurance specialists to turn claims processes into AI-driven workflows
• Deploy solutions using LLMs, LangChain, and RAG at scale for insurers

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
• A proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects from concept to production, improving key company metrics.
• Passion for shipping quickly
• Great at working with non-technical users
• Comfortable with chaos
