Video AI to automatically detect and respond to production line…
At Cerrion, we’re building the future of AI-enabled manufacturing. Backed by Y Combinator and top Silicon Valley investors, we deploy video AI Agents that see what’s happening on production floors, spot problems automatically, and intervene in real time to keep production running smoothly, at global scale. Our technology is live in factories across 15+ countries, helping leading manufacturers in glass, beverage, food, CPG, building materials, and wood cut downtime by up to 50%. We’re at an inflection point and scaling fast.
We’re hiring a Customer Integration & Security Engineer to be the technical bridge between Cerrion and our customers’ IT/security teams. Your mission is to make it easy and secure for enterprise customers to connect to and run Cerrion in their environment.
You will lead the technical onboarding and expansion workstreams with customer IT: guiding networking, connectivity, authentication, and data-flow setup; troubleshooting issues; and coordinating closely with our internal infra team. In parallel, you’ll own much of Cerrion’s security “front door” for customers: handling security questionnaires, maintaining a reusable evidence/answer library, and keeping our ISO 27001 controls audit-ready through Vanta.
This is a customer-facing, high-ownership role at the front lines of scaling a real-world AI platform into complex enterprise and industrial environments.
Own customer IT onboarding and expansions : Act as the primary technical contact for customer IT/security during deployment and scaling, driving all required connectivity and configuration to completion.
Guide integrations end-to-end : Lead customers through setup and validation of networking and access requirements: firewalls, allowlists, VPNs/tunnels, ports, DNS, certificates, proxies, reverse proxies, and related infrastructure, working in lockstep with Cerrion’s infrastructure team.
Run the customer security front door : Own completion of customer security questionnaires and due diligence docs; maintain and continuously improve a standard answers + evidence library to speed future reviews.
Coordinate compliance operations : Partner with internal owners to keep ISO 27001 controls current and audit-ready, including Vanta-based evidence collection and operational task follow-through.
Document customer installations : Produce clear, structured as-builts and integration notes that support long-term reliability and internal handoff.
Build scalable enablement assets : Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, diagrams, and FAQs for customer IT/security stakeholders and internal teams.
Strong networking fundamentals with hands-on experience in: TCP/IP, routing, VPNs/tunnels, DNS, firewalls/allowlists, certificates, and proxy/reverse-proxy environments.
Customer-facing enterprise experience: you’ve worked directly with IT and/or security teams in support, solutions, implementation, forward-deployed, or similar roles.
Ability to lead technical calls independently, explain tradeoffs clearly, and drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Pragmatic execution mindset: biased toward getting customers live securely and quickly, without losing rigor.
Strong documentation habits: you produce clean, reusable artifacts and keep records current.
Fluent English, spoken and written; other languages will be a plus.
Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.
Experience with Vanta or comparable compliance/evidence tooling.
Exposure to industrial/OT environments, hybrid/on-prem deployments, or edge/IIoT systems.
Time-to-go-live for customer integration workstreams.
Quality and reuse of security questionnaire library and evidence.
Audit readiness: controls and Vanta evidence kept current without scramble cycles.
Customer IT satisfaction and low friction during onboarding/expansions.
Clear, complete installation/integration documentation for every customer.
Ownership & impact : You own the secure onboarding “front door” for enterprise customers. Your work directly determines how fast, and how safely, customers can deploy Cerrion at scale, influencing revenue, retention, and product direction.
Culture : We operate with flat hierarchies and a get‑things‑done mentality. You’ll work with ambitious colleagues from all over the world in a collaborative environment where the best idea wins.
Compensation & equity : Competitive salary, meaningful stock options, and benefits aligned with an early-stage company scaling fast.
Location : Modern office in the heart of Zurich; enjoy the quality of life of Switzerland and the dynamism of a high‑growth startup.
If you want to sit at the intersection of enterprise networking, security, and real-world AI deployments and you like owning customer-critical work end-to-end — we’d love to talk.
