Customer Success Specialist

• Manage customer engagement and retention, including quarterly business reviews and renewal management (Hubspot)
• Manage existing customer relationships by regularly checking in, documenting and anticipating needs.
• Partner with customers to make sure they are getting the best out of Cercli suite of products
• Organize customer events and package deliveries. Manage logistics accordingly.
• Train new and existing customers on Cercli best practices and latest features.
• Onboard new customers into Cercli platform and manage implementations end-to-end (project management).
• Configure Cercli settings and parameters for each customer.
• Support with customer data migrations (advanced Excel / Google Sheet data handling).
• Support with product marketing campaigns and communications (Pylon).
• Support customers with daily requests (Pylon).
• Support with the creation and maintenance of how-to guide knowledge base articles (Pylon / Notion).

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in customer success or HR systems; preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Alignment with our purpose (our why) and our values (our how).
• Familiarity with customer success tools such as HubSpot or Pylon is a strong plus.
• Strong English communications skills required. Arabic speaker a strong plus.
