- Based in SF, in-person 6 days a week
- Weekly team bbqs and founder-cooked meals
- You’re main criteria for evaluating your next role is personal growth and being challenged
- We work with public companies and household names, expect to be challenged
- Ex-founder or potential future founder (everyone on our team falls under this bucket)
- Vibecoded an AI project (we’d love to see it)
- High agency, prefer action over talking
- Thrives in ambiguity and high-stress situations
You wouldn’t want to work here if:
- You're looking for a calm 9-5
- The phrase “That’s not my job” exists in your vocabulary
- You like to have a detailed plan before starting a project
