At Arini , we’re leap-frogging the SaaS era. No more EHRs, no more outdated dashboards, just agents and a database. We’re building the AI operating system for healthcare systems , starting with dental enterprises. Our platform automates phones, scheduling, insurance verification, and workflows across the stack.

We partner with the largest healthcare enterprises, understand their bottlenecks, and build well architected system to optimize their operations.

The Team

We’re a small, elite team of builders and operators who move fast and own outcomes. Our team comes from Meta, SpaceX, Tesla, MIT, Berkeley, Harvard, and other YC startups and were previously founders who’ve built and exited healthtech companies.

We’re obsessed with reliability, real impact, and replacing slow legacy systems with software that just works.

The Role

You’ll build the AI-powered workflows that clinicians, staff, and patients touch and engage with every day. From real-time voice agents to analytics dashboards and scheduling systems, you’ll own features end-to-end: architect, build, ship, measure ROI.

What you’ll do

Work directly with customers (front-office staff to C-suite) to design and build AI agents and workflows to across modalities (voice/audio, text, images)
Bring up products from 0-1 and own them end-to-end from implementation to optimization and delivery, including reliability, performance, observability, and scalability
Shape the core architecture of our products and platform

Preferred Qualifications

Senior/Staff level experience building and scaling full-stack web applications
Fluency and experience in our tech stack: Python/Typescript, Kubernetes on AWS
Strong product mindset, obsessively detail oriented, and opinionated about the right way to build

At Arini, we are building the AI-native operating system for dental groups. Arini is the AI receptionist for dentists that answers phone calls and schedules appointments. Most dental appointments are scheduled over the phone by overworked receptionists who put patients on hold and miss a third of incoming calls.

Arini is the AI-native operating system for dental groups. We've built agents that take over the patient engagement journey through calls and texts, and we are on a mission to build deeper dental agents that focus on revenue cycle management, top-of funnel, and more.

Over the last few months, we went from answering a few calls a day, to answering 100% of calls. Today, dentists all over the US and Canada are trusting us with their phones, calendars, and revenue.
