About the Role

We are looking for a tiktok content creator to own the process of creating, editing, and publishing viral content on TikTok and Instagram. This is not about safe corporate social media. It is about bold, scroll stopping ideas that spark conversation, get shared, and drive massive engagement.

You will create content for ambitious, fast growing clients who want to dominate attention and scale fast. You will use advanced AI tools to ideate, edit, and optimize videos that make brands impossible to ignore. You will also collaborate directly with AlgoViral’s CEO and CTO, gaining mentorship and exposure to state of the art creative technology.

The pace is fast and the standards are high, but the rewards are significant. You will grow rapidly, learn constantly, and help build one of the most influential virality agencies in the world.

Your First Year

After 1 Month

• Manage one client account and post at least three high quality videos daily
• Produce your first viral hit with 10,000+ impressions
• Learn to use AI tools for ideation, creativity, and editing

After 3 Months

• Manage three client accounts and publish three posts daily for each
• Create viral content weekly and refine your instincts for TikTok and Instagram algorithms

After 6 Months

• Produce multiple viral videos with millions of views
• Mentor newer creators and build repeatable viral systems

After 12 Months

• Lead a small creative team and shape growth strategy for top performing brands

What You Will Do

• Spot viral trends early and adapt them for clients
• Use AI tools to brainstorm and enhance short form video concepts
• Edit content in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
• Add captions, sound, and transitions to maximize engagement
• Write viral first captions, choose the right hashtags, and manage publishing
• Track results, stay ahead of algorithm changes, and test new creative ideas
• Share learnings, mentor teammates, and help improve AI powered workflows

What You Bring

• Proven experience creating viral short form content on TikTok or Instagram Reels
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, or Midjourney and motivation to master them
• You should speak and write English confidently and have a good grasp of Western culture, particularly American trends and humor.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z and internet culture including memes, trends, and social language
• Strong copywriting instincts and the ability to analyze data to improve performance
• Comfort working in a fast moving, experimental environment

Bonus Points For

• A personal track record of viral content (send links if you have them)
• Experience growing large TikTok or Instagram accounts

Schedule

• 40+ hours/week (more available if you want overtime).
• Initial Training Period (first month): requires some overlap with UK business hours for live reviews (we’ll agree the exact window).
• After training, hours are more flexible; hit output and quality targets.
