About the Role

We are looking for an Viral Content Creator to own the full process of creating, editing, and publishing viral content. This is not about safe corporate social media. It is about bold, scroll stopping ideas that spark conversation, get shared, and drive massive engagement.

You will dream up viral concepts, harness advanced AI tools, edit AI enhanced video content, write captions that speak fluent internet, and optimize every post for maximum reach. You will create content for ambitious, fast growing clients who want to dominate attention and scale fast.

AlgoViral is a software driven company, giving you access to state of the art tools and automation that maximize your creative leverage. You will also help shape the next generation of these tools by providing feedback directly to our engineering and AI teams.

You will work closely with AlgoViral’s CEO and CTO, gaining mentorship and guidance from the people building one of the fastest rising virality agencies in the world. Career Progression in Your First Year

• Manage one major client account from start to finish
• Create and post at least three high quality pieces of content per day

• Manage three major client accounts and publish three posts daily for each

What You Will Be Doing

**Primary Responsibility
**Create viral content that drives explosive growth for our clients on TikTok and Instagram. Every post should make them impossible to ignore.

Content Ideation and Creation

• Spot viral trends early and adapt them for client brands
• Use AI tools and data insights to brainstorm short form video ideas
• Create content that stands out and connects emotionally with audiences

Video Editing and Production

• Edit short form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
• Add captions, sound, and transitions to maximize engagement
• Transform AI generated or raw footage into viral ready formats

Publishing and Optimization

• Write viral first captions and select the best hashtags
• Use AI powered tools for discovery and reach
• Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent, high quality publishing across TikTok and Instagram

Growth and Analytics

• Track results closely and iterate fast
• Stay current with algorithm updates, cultural shifts, and meme cycles
• Experiment constantly with new formats and creative hooks

Feedback, Team, and Company Building

• Share your learnings and mentor others
• Actively seek feedback and grow from it
• Work with our AI and tech teams to improve creative tools and workflows

What You Bring

• Proven experience creating viral short form content on TikTok or Instagram Reels
• Strong editing ability using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, and Midjourney, and a strong desire to master them for creative production
• You should speak and write English confidently and have a good grasp of Western culture, particularly American trends and humor.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z and internet culture including memes, trends, and social language
• Excellent copywriting instincts for hooks and storytelling
• Confidence using data to analyze performance and improve results
• Comfort working in a fast moving, experimental startup environment where learning and speed are everything

Schedule

• 40+ hours/week (more available if you want overtime).
• Initial Training Period (first month): requires some overlap with UK business hours for live reviews (we’ll agree the exact window).
• After training, hours are more flexible; hit output and quality targets.
