What You’ll Do

• Work closely with customers to understand their use cases and design technical solutions using AiPrise's platform
• Lead integration architecture, API design discussions, and implementation planning
• Partner with product and engineering to translate customer feedback into platform improvements
• Build tools, guides, and sandbox environments that accelerate onboarding and reduce time to value
• Troubleshoot complex integration challenges and help customers go live smoothly
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for pre-sales and post-sales engagements

We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role
• Strong understanding of web APIs, data flows, and systems integration
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly with both engineering and business stakeholders
• Experience working with Python or JavaScript (for prototyping and integration support)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Postgres, and authentication standards (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
• Bonus: Experience working with fintechs, identity verification, or compliance platforms
