About the role

At AgileMD, we are building the most advanced real-time predictive analytics and clinical algorithms platform for hospitals. Our products empower doctors and nurses at the point of care, and we partner deeply with health systems to integrate our solutions directly into the EHR.

We’re looking for an EHR Applications Analyst (Epic) who will bring deep Epic expertise to our team and customers. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between clinicians, health system IT teams, and our internal product organization. You’ll design and build Epic workflows, lead integration and testing, and support go-lives to ensure our platform drives clinical impact.

This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and healthcare delivery, with opportunities to grow into a senior technical advisor or Epic solutions architect over time.

Requirements – You will:

In your first 6–12 months, you’ll:

  • Lead Epic build, workflow design, integration, and testing
  • Translate clinical and product requirements into Epic workflows
  • Support go-lives, upgrades, and ongoing optimization
  • Partner with product teams on our Epic integration roadmap

Requirements – Who you are:

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of Epic analyst or builder experience (health system or consulting).
  • Deep knowledge of provider documentation and ordering workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and testing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical staff, operations, leadership, and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines, including participation in an on-call rotation for go-lives and urgent issues.

Nice to Haves

  • Epic certification in one or more clinical modules strongly preferred (ASAP, Clin Doc, Orders, Ambulatory).
  • Familiarity with additional Epic modules such as Beaker, Bridges, Chronicles, OpTime, Radar, or Grand Central.
  • Experience supporting Epic integration with third-party platforms, ideally in clinical decision support or predictive analytics.

Benefits

  • Work with a team that you can rely on, that constantly challenges you and that gives the tools to succeed and the responsibility to prove that you can.
  • $120,000 - $180,000, 0.25% - 0.5% equity (depending on experience and skills)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family
  • Paid time off (12 holidays plus as much vacation as you need; most people take three or four weeks per year)
  • Flexible parental leave (subject to state and local requirements)
  • $500 per quarter for self-directed personal development (books, conference tickets, etc.)
  • Join a team that is remote first and is set up for you to succeed from wherever you work. 100% of our team is remote.
